So today we FINALLY got to experience Zip World Velocity 2, and WOW what an amazing day we had! At Penrhyn Quarry, located near to Bethesda, it is the fastest zip line in the world, and the longest in Europe 😮. . It's only a 35 minute drive from Pebble House, and you are there for about two hours. During this time you firstly have a go on the 'little zipper'...just to give you a tiny taste of what's to come 😉. You then take a 15 minute drive by truck up to the top of the quar...ry for the 'big zipper'. . We had such a fantastic time, it was so perfectly organised and the staff were extremely professional, friendly and put everyone immediately at ease. It was great to finish off with a yummy bite to eat at the fab restaurant on site 'Blondin', where you can take in the stunning views of the quarry and zip lines (an option for those who wish to only observe too). .
