I have over 20 years' experience, up to senior management roles, within higher education organisations, primarily within the Medical School sector and the Finance sector. I have worked as a coach and HR specialist on human resource, management development and organisational change issues. I have extensive experience in the management of a broad range of HR and people related activities and having had exposure to significant levels of change I bring practical approach to both my coaching and consultancy practice. Executive Coach, Teams Coach, Consultant experienced in: • 1: 1 executive coaching and personal development with senior managers, executives and board members to achieve in excellence in leadership and board performance. • Team Coaching, both intra and inter team coaching, allowing teams to work together effectively and achieve organisational outcomes in line with the strategic aim. • I act as a consultant to SMEs to ensure that they are performing to the best of their potentialI specialise in 1: 1 coaching as well as Teams coaching to develop coaching style of leadership to achieve the desired outcome, resulting in a coaching culture across the organisation. My expertise is in identifying the root of the challenge and bringing this to the forefront of my coaching. This is in turn improves employee engagement, performance and well-being. I believe exceptional leaders are passionate, command respect, authentic, increasing self-awareness, great communicators, possess great humility, treat everyone fairly, hold themselves accountable, led by example and always tuned into the bigger picture and are aware that constructive feedback are essential for their personal, as well as for their organisational growth. I also believe that we as human beings are capable of so much more than we realise, we need to rise above our own limitations to reach for the stars. Teams are so important in the VUCA world and we need teams who can co-create together.
