great place to spend some time eat some really nice food rent out a bike and get out in the fresh air. Also a brill little charity helping people of all capabilities get out on a bike within a safe environment.

Wow what an amazing cafe. Sally and her amazing team catered for my 40th birthday on Saturday. They catered for 27 people in the morning and then in the evening did the same again! I was treated like royalty and they couldn't do enough for all my friends and family. Thank you so much for making my birthday so rememberable and it was just how I planned it. Great we could support a fabulous charity. X

Wonderful charity letting people get out about on bikes ( of all types ) and enjoying the freedom it gives Lovely little café supporting the work Great location in the camping park and on flat roads and by the river. Dedicated staff

Wondeful. I take dad most weekends. He is 80 so the side by side bike is great for him as he cannot cycle a normal bike anymore. Its a is quality time with him. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

What a great coach Rob has been helping my daughter learn to ride her bike. Very patient and encouraging- she's really enjoyed her 1:1 lessons and is now much more confident having a go on her own. Definitely recommend Pedal Power to others, really friendly and helpful atmosphere every time.

Went on my first ride since I was 14 today! On the tomcat 400. Amazingly friendly staff with awesome bikes! The cafe is lush too!!

This is my second time here, I brought my bike for some repairs. I went before to all the local places around Cardiff, they told me to change the cassette, but it wasn't the problem. They are now my heroes and they have the best fair prices, definitely I recommend it.

These lovely people got me on a bike for the first time ever. I am 75!

Went out on the side by side bike. Great fun. And I've been back with my partner. Will be going again. Very friendly place. Easy parking. Nice little cafe. It's in the caravan site. Really is.

The guys helped me select and then fitted for me a e-assist system to my recumbent trike. They couldn't be more helpful, knew their stuff and did a really tidy job in a short time for an unbeatable price.

Definitely worth a drive over, the park is easy to find and ideal for cyclists of all types and standards. I am so grateful for their help, can't recommend them highly enough and will be back!

Thanks to everyone at pedal power who helped make our daughter’s birthday party so memorable. The food was outstanding.

My almost 7 year old son had his first lesson here with Rob today, teaching him to ride without stabilisers at home was becoming a stressful situation for all involved! He has come home enthusiastic about riding and has gained his confidence back after one session! If you’re looking for someone to teach your child, don’t hesitate, book Rob, very kind and patient! Fantastic, can’t thank you enough!

I really had a great experience renting a bike here. Friendly phone call before and very helpful when I turned up to hire the bike. The Taff Trail is very close but if you're not from the area it's worth a little look on internet where you want to end up. A very helpful volunteer here mentioned to go to Castell Coch with the time frame I had and I had a fantastic day out. It's great that bike hire all comes with helmets, locks and a pouch to store items. Thank you.

I had amazing time and people their are such amazing people even with disability they take there time and do what they can for the people. The bikes they have for disability or any kind of disability. I would reccomend this to any one with disability or kids. Its amazing for anyone. Im paralympuc athlete who got bronze medal and i had fab time with it.

I cannot thank Rob and those at Pedal Power enough for helping my two kids learn to cycle. After one lesson they were both riding unassisted. After a few sessions they were super confident and able to fully control the bike. I highly recommend them to anyone whose child is having trouble or lacks confidence in cycling. Thank you Robyn.

Highly recommend visiting here I rented a bike today (19/5/18) and the guys were really helpful and friendly the hire prices are really reasonable and got to see parts of the bay I wouldn’t of normally seen on foot will definitely be coming back A* service

Had an excellent assessment with Robin. Our son rode a bike for the very first time which was lovely to see. We signed up for membership and will be back soon for another cycle.

I can say that Pedal Power has enhanced the lives of hundreds of people, giving them confidence, freedom, new skills, exercise leading to better health, and best of all new friends!
