The ORIGINAL LONGEST RUNNING PAGE: set up by coaches who've been at the Pembroke Dock club 20 /40 yrs plus, with an insight from Coaches /Boxers of: Pembroke & Pembroke Dock Boxing Club, which offers the most experienced Boxing coaches in Pembrokeshire. Established in 1964 with 40 yrs plus experience /history, Coaches have Welsh Squad Coaching experience also and countless Welsh titles and British titles to date. We are a Charity run, non profit, Boxing Club and work hard to raise money to keep the Club running, all the Coaches and helpers involved are volunteers working hard for the children of The Local Community. We offer all round fitness training, in a friendly fun Club, male and female training classes, weight loss and personal goals achieved, all ages and abilities catered for! !
