Sold Out!
WeвАЩre fully booked for the rest of April, but still have slots available in June and July if youвАЩre thinking of coming to visit the llamas soon.
If youвАЩre planning a trip to see us this year, you may want to book in sooner rather than later - itвАЩs looking like itвАЩs going to be a busy year рЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶Щ

The llamas have been industriously busy recently taking you schplendid people out for walks around the valley, so they may not always respond to enquiries straight away.
Stay tuned though, we definitely get back to everyone as soon as possible. On their days off the llamas love to relax by going camping for the night, out in the West Walian rainforest рЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶Щ

Would any of our lovely customers like to feature in the next edition of WW Magazine? They are looking to put together a feature on the Pembrokeshire Llamas and how they can improve mental well being. TheyвАЩre also interested to know if you think llamas are better for well being than more traditional weekend getaways. If youвАЩd like to potentially feature and become world famous overnight please drop us a message or email asap. They have reasonably tight deadlines so donвАЩt delay!рЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶Щ

We had the best letter that a llama farmer can have today - the letter from the government that says our llama herd is TB free. Camelids are not normally required to be tested, but if a cow tests positive within a kilometre then everyone in that radius gets tested. If our llamas had tested positive then by law they would have to be destroyed - a disaster for us on a personal level (our llamas are our friends and we hang out with them every day. We do what we do primarily beca...use we love llamas, not because there is money to be made). However it would also have been a disaster for us from a business point of view - we have spent five years building a business from scratch and have been 100% financed by llamas over the past year.
The government Animal Health inspector was very impressed with our llama facilities and complimentary over how handleable our animals were. He was so impressed that he got us to take photos of him working with the llamas in order to demonstrate best practice for other camelid owners in Wales to reference.
NB that is not the Animal Health inspector in the picture. That is our apprentice llama farmer.
With that out of the way: Forth Eorlingas!

Young Albie was enjoying the mild Winter thus far. The grass was still growing in his extensively opulent field, and he had successfully been avoiding the baby white llamas who had stolen so much of his thunder last year by being smaller and cuter (allegedly). Even better, the Apes-Who-Tried-To-Farm had filled up the Dutch barn with sweet sweet smelling hay from the Hydref harvest, so he had that to look forward to once the grass inevitably and finally went to sleep. He had d...iscovered the existence of the hay a few weeks ago, when he had spontaneously decided to jump the field gate and follow the Apes-Who-Tried-To-Farm back up the lanes. They were none the wiser to his magnificent escape until he was stood right behind them in the barn, his snout resting smugly on their shoulders, before being unceremoniously frogmarched back to his green field and those horrible white baby llamas.

рЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩCompetition - win a free llama trekрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶Щ
What an immense year 2018 was for Pembrokeshire Llamas. We had a record breaking Summer, and it looks like weвАЩll be having a record breaking Winter too.
This could not have happened without all the remarkable people who have been on one of our llama treks this year. We are continually astonished and heartened by all of the kind and engaging people who have come along on treks with us and it is a consistent reminder that despite all the ...negativity that is amplified in the daily media, the good outweighs the bad quite considerably. We keep meeting so many positive inspirational people with varied and fascinating backgrounds and vocations all doing their bit to make the world a better place.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us, visited us, shown interest in us, and advised us. We appreciate it so much and in acknowledgment of this we wanted to offer a small token of gratitude back to the community at the end of the year. Consequently, we are running a competition this week to win a free llama trek рЯ¶ЩрЯ¶ЩрЯ¶Щ
To enter, all you have to do is:
1. Make sure you have вАШlikedвАЩ and вАШfollowedвАЩ the Pembrokeshire Llamas Facebook page.
2. вАШShareвАЩ this post and вАШlikeвАЩ it.
3. Tag a friend in this postвАЩs comments section. Every comment is a new entry, so tag multiple friends for multiple entries! (you can enter as many times as you like).
The llamas will select a winner at random on Christmas Eve and we will post the lucky winner on this page afterwards. Ts&Cs apply.
We are also hosting competitions on Instagram and Twitter offering our wonderful llama adoption packs, so be sure to head over if you want to maximise your chances of winning llovely llama lloveliness!

The Office Llamas have been working overtime this week getting all the trekking vouchers and llama adoption packs sent out to our lucky customers.
If you happen to have a significant holy festival, family feast, pagan ritual, consumer sacrifice etc coming up imminently, then why not order some of our vouchers or adoption packs as a gift for all your llama-loving friends and family members?
... Deeply fashionable and unforgettable, our llama hugs and adventures were all the rage in 2018, and look set to be stratospheric come 2019. See our website for more details рЯ¶ЩрЯ¶Щ

Introducing the Glanrhydwilym Groundworks Grunters, who joined us the other week to project lead on removing invasive and unwanted flora from the land organically. Once Wilym and Boris have woven their snouty magic, weвАЩll hopefully be able to reuse large swathes of otherwise uninhabitable landscape and turn it into prime llama grazing real estate. Either that, or weвАЩll have a pleasing moonscape to gaze upon.

The most wonderful morning spent with great company Zazu and Ieuan and lovely hosts Alex & Matt (not forgetting gorgeous baby Maxen) Everything about this experience was awesome, I don't think I've stopped smiling all day! Will definitely be returning to spend more time with the new additions to the herd пњљ

I had the best afternoon visiting the llamas and loved every minute of it! пњљ Matt and Alex are such a lovely, welcoming and friendly couple! They even let us take the llamas for a walk. I buddied up with Zazou who was the perfect companion, I felt like I'd made a new friend in him by the time we finished the walk! We were kept refreshed with a hot drink once we had finished the walk. I would highly recommend visiting this great place and I hope to return again in the future! Thankyou for having us! Xxxx
