Pembrokeshire Tourism

Pembrokeshire Tourism is a trade association and membership organisation. We are a not-for-profit private company limited by guarantee. Our membership spans the whole of Pembrokeshire and includes businesses who are involved in the ‘front line' delivery of the tourism product (e. g. B& B, Hotel, Café, Theme Park etc) or who are suppliers to those businesses (e. g. Insurance companies, website designers etc).

We provide a range of business support services to our members, from discounted skills training through Gallu (funded by the Regional Tourism Partnership), to advice and guidance when they need it, through to discounts on credit card processing facilities. Members are encouraged to make offers to other members on the goods and services they provide to support and encourage local business doing business together. We also provide networking opportunities for members, along with a range events such as trade days, sense of place workshops and ‘educational' sessions on topics such as sustainability.

We also work to represent the interests of our members in local, regional and national forums. We will lobby on behalf of our members where appropriate and also act as a conduit for information between Welsh Government /Visit Wales and the front line industry. We communicate through e-newsletters, telephone, individual email and face to face. We undertake surveys with our members to monitor and assess the trade, and contribute to similar surveys on the regional level.
