My iPad screen Broke One of the Staff Jim said took up 2 weeks in those 2 weeks I was so happy

Very poor customer service and extremely rude staff.

I brought in a professional monitor and wasn’t told beforehand that it takes 2 to 3 weeks just for a diagnostic which I found out about upon collection. I couldn’t wait that long so I informed the staff that I wished to collect my monitor.
Upon collection I was very rudely treated and threatened with a £75 charge however the set price is £30 for a diagnostic. They refused to give me my monitor if I didn’t pay, which would be acceptable however they weren’t able to tell me what was wrong with the monitor.

Genuinely one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had.

I bought a laptop from them which crashed within the day I collected it. On returning it I was told the problem was caused by the perfectly standard task of me installing iTunes, and that therefore their laptop was not at fault.

On collecting the laptop again, it started intermittently and ran poorly. They refused to refund me, and this time accused me of dropping the laptop to explain it's poor performance.

I completely understand that technical problems can be occur, but on top of this I received confrontational and rude service from the shop owner.

In the interest of a balanced review, the other staff were much more friendly, and I was given a replacement, however the replacement laptop now stutters playing music (less than two weeks after purchase), if I try to perform many other tasks on it.

Poor reliability products and above all rude service.

my buisness pc's mother board burnt out, i delivered it to pembs pc solutions on a monday
they supplied me with a refurbished pc at a very good price all set up so i could carry on trading.
by friday they had repaired my pc and set it up, they backed up all my files and reloaded them ALL
my pc has never operated as quick as it does now, (no unnecessary programs loaded)
would i recommend them Yes i would
