Advice on how to limit your households ability to access the net at certain times - Or The ability to filter adult themes from certain devices or accounts on the same device.

You may have a slow computer - Waiting minutes for windows to open ?? A window (something like My Documents or opening a web browser like Google Chrome shouldnt take more than 3 to 5 seconds to open & your computer can be made to run quicker, no matter how old you think it is !
