We visited last night for a birthday meal. The food was incredible, the portions were really good and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Two of our party were vegan so it’s usually hard to find a place that caters for all of us but there was so much to choose from at pen y bont. We will definitely be back again and will be recommending to everyone. Thanks for a great night.

We have been quite a few times now and we allway get treated very well & feel very comfortable in what is a very pleasant place to have a meal. The staff are all amazing and always go the extra mile.

My tortilla wrap with chilli and hallumi was far too hot, I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known. No comment on the menu to say how hot it was I only ate the wrap and hallumi scrapped all the chilli off, don’t normally have a problem with spicy food but this was way to spicy for me. Rest of food was fine grandkids enjoyed their food and so did my husband and grown up boys. Suggest that a number of chillis next to title of meal to show how spicy it is 😐

Still had a lovely steak and fab pudding though �
