What a gem of a find. Decided extremely short notice to have a short break. Planned on visiting Bala and despite the numerous sites around the area this one really stood out because of the excellent reviews. Called the evening before our stay and owners extremely accommodating. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.
We have spent the summer on this lovely site & having a seasonal pitch again next year. Very friendly and helpful staff and owners Peter and Kate. Beautiful scenery and great for walking dogs. Think our 2 dogs will miss Millie the resident dog. We will miss this place but we have to go home at sometime.
Thanks one again for an amazing weekend, couldn't fault it.. see you guys soon Gill, Jules, Bert & Edie
Perfectly sized campground, not too big. Clean amenities and friendly staff.
Just home from 12 nights here on one of the service pitches. Warm and friendly welcome and a wonderful base for exploring North Wales and Snowdonia. Will be back, definitely.
It’s in a perfect place for exploring, a steam train ride along Bala lakeside and Bala town is just a 20 min walk away.
Friendly reception staff and easy check in.
Great level pitches for vans and tents. Good on site shop with very helpful owners. Very peaceful and just a 15 minute stroll into Bala. The Bala lake steam railway I'd just across the road and is worth a go.
Fabulous site. Lovely clean facilities. Some nice walks on the doorstep. We will most definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay

Absolutely fantastic campsite. Amenities always clean and readily available. Fantastic location. Warm friendly staff. Beautifully maintained grounds and pitches. We have just returned today 29/5/18 and we will be booking again in three weeks or so
