Penelope's cafe sits alongside the Monmouthshire & Brecon canal in the heart of Goytre Wharf. We offer Barista style coffee, cakes, hot and cold snacks and ice cream. We are opening 10am till 4am Tuesday to Sunday all year round. Dogs are more than welcome to join you while you sit in The Snug, enjoying a nice hot beverage of your choice. Water bowls will also be provided for our fury friends.
Meeting room above the cafe is available for hire upon request. This can be arranged by contacting Red line boats on 01873 880516

It is available for half day and full day bookings for up to 16 people. Food and beverages charged separately upon request, can be provided from the cafe.

Goytre Wharf provide a daily trip boat that takes you and your family along the canal for £3 per child and £5 per adult.

We will be adhering to strict COVID guidelines set out by the UK Government to keep all our customers safe during these unprecedented times. Hand sanitiser will be available upon entry next to our signing in book.
