About Pennant Park Riding Centre
Pennant Park Riding Centre is based in the small village of Whitford, near Holywell. The centre is run by qualified BHS Instructors. We cater for all ages and abilities, on safe, well schooled horses and ponies. We offer lessons in our 60m x 20m indoor arena or our 20m x 40m outdoor arena. We also offer hacks on bridlepaths and country lanes, coffee mornings, loan a pony days and pony parties. We are a BHS Approved & Highly Commended Riding Centre and a Pony Club Linked Centre. We are also a BHS Approved Exam & Training Centre providing training towards all levels of BHS exams up to stage 4.
We offer something to suit everyone from the beginner rider through to the competition rider.

Our coffee morning cakes today were Strawberries and Cream sponge cake and Rolo Cake! We hope you enjoyed it this morning! Our next coffee morning is 5th July!
Yesterday, we welcomed the BHS Education Team to Pennant Park RC. We had an informative day discussing the Ride Out qualifications. We will be offering these assessments later this year. Please contact us for more information.

We are going to be starting some hacking out over the Summer months beginning Sunday 9th June at 10am (1 hour, £25). There are a limited number of places available. Please note that riders must be regular riders at Pennant Park RC, and be able to walk, trot & canter.... Please contact us to book.

We had a fantastic BHS Stage 2 Assessment here yesterday. We wish all the candidates the best of luck with their results. Huge well done to our amazing team of staff and horses who did us all proud!
Our next BHS assessment is on Friday 28th June with BHS Stage 1 in the morning and BHS Stage 3 care and lungeing in the afternoon.

Good luck to all of those taking the BHS stage 2 today. The sun is shining and the going is perfect.
We had a fantastic adult rider camp this weekend! Our riders took part in a variety of activities including lessons, competitions, a hack, lectures on feeding and lungeing, equipilates and mounted games! There was a lot of laughter and I hope the riders enjoyed it as much as we did! Thanks to Huw from Hickstead Horse Feeds and Corinne from Equipilates North Wales. We look forward to running another adult camp soon!

The Thursday adult group ride have just set off from the yard for a hack out on this lovely sunny morning! Have fun guys!
Did you know that it is our Adult Rider Camp this bank holiday weekend?! Our non-residential camp is very informal and a fabulous way to build confidence and make friends! Lots of riding including lessons, friendly competitions and mounted games! We will also be joined by Corinne from Equipilates North Wales and Huw from Hickstead Horse Feeds.
