Using the 'Hunter's Exemption' Pennant Valley Game produces top quality local game meat products. This means being a keen active hunter, I can share the brilliant wild meat that the countryside has to offer. The venison is shot by myself, mostly from North Wales, but also from Scotland. The Pheasants are from the Estate where my husband is Headkeeper, and I help out through the summer. Most of the other game is from my own small rough shoot. I am passionate about all things country and shooting, which I why I want to make game more appealing and accessible to everyone.
