We are a family run smallholding that specialises in rare breed, free range artisan sausages, bacon, pancetta and larger joints of meat. We only use the freshest ingredients in our sausage making, all locally sourced, all natural casings and all hand made. We stocked in local shops and attend the annual food fairs.
