Pentre Solar Description
This page will provide regular updates on progress of the manufacture and erection of the solar homes made by Western Solar Ltd. The homes are based on the award winning Ty Solar prototype first constructed in October 2013. There will be six affordable homes on this site which will benefit from both passive solar heating and 8Kw of installed PV solar in each dwelling. There will also be an electric car sharing scheme to benefit the community. Rentals will be available to those living in the parish of Nevern and Cilgwyn who are on the housing needs register. There will also be two detached units available to a wider grouping.
