Penygraig Boys and Girls Club is a local charity, run by all volunteers with a committee of a number of people. With a load of classes, activities and events going on at the club. We have been going for many years now.

Youth Club will be back open on Monday 16th September - 5pm - 8.30pm
The Club is a great asset to the local community , offering a range of classes/activities to people of all ages and abilities . I went to Jamie's first bootcamp class over a year ago , not being at all fit , and still go now twice a week ; it's been a new lease of life for me , an hour out of the house to concentrate on myself , punch bags and release some tension . It has done wonders for me . Jamie is a great fitness instructor and I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to get fit or relieve a bit of stress .
My boy absolutely loves the boxing he came out of the session last night saying everything hurts ...... But that's a good thing in it 💪💪💪👏👍

Great club! Brilliantly run by Jamie, there's something for everyone. For me, bootcamp has been amazing and I've seen great results after a short amount of time, both physically and mentally! The girls that attend are great and so welcoming, they all support and encourage each other through classes! Fantastic teamwork! Fantastic club for our little community!
Great club awesome boot camp and amazing instructor, well worth a visit it has changed my life for the better! Beats going to a run of the mill gym hands down �

Awesome club all different activities to suite everyone ov every age .from the awesome jujitsu club witch me and my two sons are part of ....too the mma classes boot camp all of witch I have friends that take part in and have nothing but good things to say about them .""""""give them a try """''""".Jamie makes everyone feel at home.and can't forget top jujitsu instructor Gavin Thomas. Both very professional
