Penyrheol Leisure Centre has an extensive adult and junior fitness programme.

With a newly refurbished gym with the latest Life Fitness equiment, over 45 fitness classes every week, swimming pool and squash court, it's a great place to keep fit, meet new friends and just have fun!

For children, we offer a varied junior programe during term time and school holidays, a superb learn to swim programme plus we do great birthday parties.
