DANCE FIT
We are taking extra precautions to keep you safe and as a result we are limiting spaces on our dance fit classes to 8 to allow for a safe distance between participants. We are adding an extra Dance Fit class on Wednesday at 5:30pm and asking that you contact us on 01978 357711 to choose a slot at either 5:30pm or 6:15pm. Spaces will be first come, first served. Thanks for your support and apologies for any inconvenience.

If any of you are self-isolating and need any supplies, errands running or even dog walking please send me a message and I will help out in anyway I can. Your safety and well being is, as always, paramount to us and if I can help in any way, please ask.

We’re open for business as usual until we’re advised otherwise. We ask that everyone wash their hands thoroughly upon arrival and before you leave. Staff are washing their hands hourly and cleaning all contact surfaces on kit every half hour. As always we advise that you stay away, keep your germs to yourself and rest if you are unwell - you can’t ‘sweat it out’ and you will likely prolong the illness and delay your recovery if you don’t rest. Morning ladies starting Monday 16th March we will be holding a raffle for the extremely brave girl Eva. Lots of prizes to be won and all proceeds will be given to Eva to help raise the total they need for her treatment. Please share and thank you for your support ❤️
