Went here today with my granddaughter to look for her prom dress,went to lots of other shops beforehand and was very deflated by the lack of interest from some sales assistants.The second we walked through the door staff there were amazing nothing was too much trouble .Caitlyn came out of there very happy and with the perfect dress. Thank you so much for a fabulous experience.

These ladies helped me find my perfect wedding dress and accessories to make me feel like princess on my wedding day :) I had so many compliments on the day and have some amazing photos which we last a lifetime! Special thanks to Tracy :) I would recommend them to anyone.

The nicest staff, the nicest store with the Perfect dress for my sister. Didn’t even have an appointment, staff welcomed us even 20 mins before closing to have a browse to then take us by surprise when she picked the first one up, tried it on.. and it was the one.

Thank you so much for helping me find my perfect wedding dress! After quite a stressful day Tracey came to my rescue. I told her exactly what I wanted, she disappeared and came back with 2 dresses (both exactly what I’d asked for), one of which was the one I chose. I ordered my dress a year before our wedding date and had a panic 6 months before that I didn’t like it. I called the shop and Suzanne was only too happy to help! Perfection were absolutely incredible when helping me find my dress for my wedding on 24.06.17! From the beginning they were so helpful and weren't pushing me to buy any dress unlike other bridal stores. They were always helpful and I can't thank them enough! They helped me try on each style until I found my dream dress, which happened to be the first dress they put me in. I loved my Justin Alexander dress so much, thank you for helping me find my dream dress �

Perfection Bridal Cardiff was phenomenal! I'd been to other places across South Wales to look but I was always made to feel awkward and uncomfortable because I wasn't a skinny bride. I struggle with endometriosis and bloating + hot flushes because of this and so was incredibly nervous. Perfection Bridal Cardiff made me feel incredibly welcome and totally understood my needs, bringing fans around me to keep me cool, and letting me take my time. It felt like being with a friend talking to those that helped me and that put me totally at ease.



I cannot thank them enough for helping me to find my beautiful dress. I've never felt as beautiful as I did wearing this dress. It was perfect in every way and so was the service you gave from start to finish. Thank you so much! Xxx

I can't thank Perfection enough for their wonderful customer service yesterday! Once I'd explained what I was looking for they were incredibly helpful in choosing dresses for me to try on. When I'd found a dress I loved there was absolutely no pressure from them at all, they encouraged me to take some time before making a decision. Lisa was so friendly, and I ended up choosing a dress that I absolutely love, thank you!

Had an appointment booked, but went on an 1.30hrs early to see if we could get in. At the time not available, but called us back 30min later.



What a lovely shop and assistants. Tracey you could not have been more helpful. As well as the rest of the staff.

You took care of all our needs, as the bridesmaids and took the time to make the bride feel extra special.

Had an amazing dress shop today with Lisa: felt so at ease and no issue was made over how many dresses you wanted to try on. Stunning dresses and what was most impressive was that I had no idea what I was after when I went in, but Lisa listened to everything I said and quickly narrowed it down. She also did not show me anything over budget which I found really professional. Thanks again! Xxx

Even tho I was running late to my appointment they still made time and effort to show me as many dresses as possible I ended up getting the first dress I tried on. They made me feel comfortable and at ease very quickly. Very professional but still had a personal touch. They also put up with the big crowd that I brought along with me.

Can’t praise this place enough! When I bought my dress from here they were brilliant. I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for so they got a few different dresses for me to try on to flatter my size 18 figure. The first one I tried was ‘the one’ they just knew what would suit and what wouldn’t. Nothing was too much trouble for them. After being to another bridal shop previously and having a really bad experience there, this was a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their perfect dress � � thank you x

Can't say enough positive things about this place! My mam is getting married & picked her dress here - the staff from start to finish have been fantastic, Suzanne in particular! Heard some horror stories about a few bridal shops but the staff here couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend using them! My mother is thrilled with her dress �xx

Before I came to perfection Bridal, I had visited a few Bridal shops, as soon as I went through the doors at perfection Bridal I new I would find the dress. They have so many beautiful Dresses and they were all so friendly and so lovely they made me feel so beautiful! All the girls are so patient and calm. An experience I will never forget! Really didn't like the feel of this bridal shop. However they did squeeze me in without an appointment (the only positive) From poor attitude to only showing me sale dresses. Made to feel like had to book second appointment so I didn't turn up. Also pushing that other dresses 'just aren't proper wedding dresses' I've now gone elsewhere and found my perfect dress ����
