Personal Training - Distant And One To One Sessions Description

My name is Ryan. I'm a fully insured REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor, with a GP referral qualification allowing me to work with special populations including: asthmatic, diabetic, obese, osteoporotic, hypertensive and clients with other heart problems. I have a background of International European sprinting for Wales, Team GB and various professional athletics clubs around South and East Wales. Over the past two summers I have worked for an international soccer company in America called UK International Soccer. Whilst there I worked with a range of individuals from ages 4 to 18 years of age. In my spare time I enjoy singing, songwriting and playing the guitar. With this I regularly perform at local gigs and events across Monmouthshire.

What sets me apart is that I understand that everyone is different and each individual will require specific bodily demands to help them progress, whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle, correct a technique or to tone a particular body part. Studying Physiology at University for the past 3 years has taught me that the human body is the most complex laboratory on Earth. Everyone will react differently to the same exercise. This is why it is important to choose someone who doesn't just acquire the qualifications, but most importantly has knowledge. Secondly, studying Psychology alongside Physiology has taught me that mentality will ultimately determine whether or not someone will achieve their goals. Research shows that 80% of people who do not achieve their goals never had the right mindset from the beginning. There are various techniques a Personal Trainer can utilise with their clients to ensure optimum progression. Anyway, enough about me, moving on!

Are you tentative about joining a gym? Well, the fact is that only around 10% of people who want to join a gym are actually a member of one. This may be because of price, contracts, time consumption or location. This is where I can help you. I will bring all of the expertise and necessary pieces of gym equipment to you at your home, in your garden or to the local park. The truth is that many people believe that they need to be a member of a gym to have a real workout. This is as far from the truth as possible. With only a few pieces of equipment, most of which is already in your home, that can fit into a 2m x 2m area is enough to work every muscle /body part needed for you to begin achieving your goals!
