Wow!! We absolutely loved your caravan it was perfect walking distance to everything but peaceful at night. Fully equipped with everything we needed and decor and finishing touches to a very high standard. All the extra things x box etc would have been great if the weather was bad but luckily we had ���

We will definately be back next year and would recommend to my friends and family. I hadn't been to presthaven sands for years and was also amazed how nice and modern it was, we didn't feel like we were getting ripped off in the bars etc.. (nice beer) and lovely food as well.

Where do I start fantastic can't recommend enough. Communication with owners is excellent, van in a great spot for attractions on the site. Lovely surprise from owners on arrival. We’ve just got back from a week away in the caravan and it’s been lovely, my 6 year old has enjoyed every moment of it. The caravan is very well cared for and came equipped with dvds, board games and plenty of toys to keep him occupied when the weather wasn’t great. There’s lots to do on site and the zoo and Conwy castle are a short drive away.

Well what can I say speeks got itself home from home caravan spotless would deffo recommend any family use Yvonne and Pete brilliant location on park yes we will deffo be back once again thanks

We have just got back from staying in the caravan for a week, and I have to say it’s the best caravan I’ve stayed in! There was so much to do in the caravan on the rainy days, plus toys for the beach. It was very clean and just a lovely caravan in general, the fact that the gate locks on the decking gave me extra piece of mind as my 3 year old son loves to escape places. We also really appreciated the message from the owners asking if we were ok when the weather was really bad and the treats that were left for us on arrival. I will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend using Yvonne and Pete’s caravan for your stay! Thank you for letting us stay �

We are coming to the end of a long weekend in this amazing caravan!! The van has everything you need to enjoy your stay wether it's for a long weekend or for a week! On arrival there was a bottle of wine and chocolate and sweets for the kids! The caravan is very clean and modern and has plenty of extras that we didn't expect to have like the Xbox with plenty of games to choose from even for the boys! There is also a big box of peppa pig toys that was a hit with our little girl! I could go on for ever lol, but overall me and Michelle and the kids have had a brilliant weekend and highly recommend this caravan to anyone!! My family and I stayed in Yvonne and Pete's caravan for a week and I have to say it was the best caravan holiday we've ever had. It is literally home from home, everything you could possibly want and need is in the caravan. The location is also brilliant as it is a stone's throw from the beach and many other gorgeous places to explore are not too far away. We would highly recommend staying in this caravan as it is so homely with no luxury left out to ensure your stay will be enjoyable. We look forward to returning another time. Me and my family have not long returned from this lovely caravan at presthaven sands it was the best caravan if ever stayed in fully equiped and very clean my 4 year loved it he was happy to stay in the van there was that much for him to do I would highly recommend anyone to stay here for a great holiday and memories

Loved my stay so much I've came home to ask to book again! It's two minutes from the beach & facilities are brill. The caravan it's self is super clean & has loads of room, we was lucky to have the sunshine so the decking was lovely to sit and chill on! Couldn't recommend enough 🙌🏼 Wish I didn't have to come home.

Just spent a second week at this amazing caravan. Communication excellent site stunning, went as a couple but can imagine perfect for families as well as there are a lot of facilities to enjoy. Just returned home from a fantastic week stay here from arriving to a lovely welcoming of wine chocolates and sweets for the children to a execllent clean caravan with everythink you need just like home from home lots of things for the children from board games to buckets an spades for the beach and tons an tons of peppapig my 2 year old daughter was in her element.

Also the decking outside with lovely furniture to relax is in a great sunny spot for the adults to take in the fantastic views and drink your wine I would highly recommend to families and will be booking again very soon

Just had a lovely break in Yvonne and Pete's caravan. Van is lovely and clean, plenty to keep little ones (and big ones) entertained whatever the weather. Lovely quiet area on site, which was just what we needed to relax. Not forgetting all the thought Yvonne and pete put into being wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great start to our holiday. Loved it! Will definitely go again. Xx

Just arrived back for a 4 nights stay at this lush caravan. Clean, cosy and Yvonne and Pete couldn’t of been more helpful. I’ve never rented a caravan off such lovely people. Bond paid back same day as leaving. Wine and chocs left for arrival. 5 star all the way xxx

Fantastic!! Thank you to Pete and Yvonne for sharing their lovely caravan!! We have just stayed for a weekend and we are already planning our next...When we arrived on the Friday Pete was there to meet us which was a lovely personal touch as is the welcome gift of wine, chocs and milk ready in the fridge. All the little extras in your van was so good for entertaining my girls, even though I now have a 7 year old asking for an Xbox for her birthday haha. I cannot fault anything, perfect location on the site only a very short walk to the main amenities and beach, perfect caravan which is so very clean and perfect people to book through making everything so easy and hassle free. We cannot wait to come back in September :-) xxx

Excellent hospitality from Yvonne & Pete, excellent communication and a lovely welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived. They have a beautiful, fully equipped caravan with all of the homely extras, they have an information folder they have put together themselves giving hints and tips on local areas. We have just got home from a lovely weekend away making special memories with the kids. The kids enjoyed it so much they didn't want to come home. I would highly recommend Pete & Yvonnes Presthaven sands caravan. Thankyou for a lovely weekend.

Amazing! Your home away from home is so lovely and welcoming. You made sure that there was something to do even when the weather turned grey, both my 3 yr old daughter and 15 yr old brother where entertained for the entire week. Can not describe how happy we were with our stay. Clean, fresh and comfy. I would recommend to everyone. We can't wait till we get the chance to book again. Thankyou
