Having used a number of agencies in the past, pinnacle, darlows and others during student days, I've never had an agency more attentive and responsive to any issues/queries. Not that there have been many, but clearing up overgrown sections of garden that impinge on the private parking or investigating smelly drains...one call was required and nothing was too much effort.

They allowed us to come to the property with puppies, we've been here 12 months, and only had one non-invasive inspection...with a letter sent out about 2weeks in advance...no crafty drop ins. I've dealt with Jonathan Morgan, the son of Peter, on a number of occasions and found him professional to the very end, even excessively accommodating. I really can't say enough about him or the company. As long as I am renting, I will never go anywhere else. 5*****

If I could give this company a minus star I would. Beyond unprofessional maybe even run by monkeys. My partner and I rented a property for 8 months through peter morgan and we were very disappointed. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Experience has been beyond incompetent from start to finish. Absolutely over the moon to be leaving the tenancy rented from Peter Morgan this month. False information given in agreement and communication between landlord and agency non-existent.
