I was surprised at the large selection of goods available here - very much aimed at dog, cat and horse ownership than anything else more exotic, which is a shame as we own a few geckos and a frog - as well as a dog. Did get a few nice items for a furry friend, however, including a newly engraved collar tag; however it did take some doing to get the attention of a member of staff to do the engraving. I do like the washing station in the shop, which is cheap and functional. Overall, a decent shop if you have a dog, cat or horse.

Had a free dog wash coming up yo Christmas. The wash unit is spot-on, normally costs £10 which is not cheap, but worth it now and again. The staff were efficient and helpful. Shop stock is really good with easy parking.
Worth a visit.

Great place for all your pets needs. Great price easy parking and with a McDonald's only 2 minutes walk away then I'm very happy.

What a fabulous store with lots of interesting stuff for pets and their owners...love the quirky treats and especially The Bottom Sniffer Dog Ale !

Really impressed with the quality stocked here. My dog likes Acana and they had loads of different Acana dry food, I'll be back.

Smart, well laidout, clean, efficient and easy to navigate. Everything you could possibly need for a pet mouse to a horse and everything inbetween. Happy welcoming well informed staff.

Since being almost rebuilt and being fitted out internally too this shop seems to carry less lines than before but nevertheless is a good place to shop for pet supplies. They have loads of trollies and parking too and the prices are reasonable..

Visited the store on Saturday and they where celebrating their opening day for their new look store. Well it was absolutely fab what a wonderful couple of hours we spent with them the store is lovely the staff all very friendly plus we got what we went for. Cheaper than Pets @ Home & such, covers all the farm animals & most Pets. Tills could probably do with being moved, though large extension being built so hopefully even more great stock to come(building work doesnt effect inside of store)

Seem to have a good range of supplies, for pet and rural use.
Staff genuine & helpful.
Bail of hay £4.50 (9/11/16) not a bad deal.
