Really helpful staff.

Pets at home in Aberystwyth. Me and my husband went in to pets at home today to buy a carrier for our 2 new kittens as we had just brought them and was taking them home of holiday we went in with the kittens in our arms in a blanket just to grab something for them to go in to be approached by a lady who was younger than my husband who proceeded to have a go at my husband and then at me. Telling us what we can and can't be doing thinking that she knows everything about kittens and then told us that we were stressing them out however they where not stressed out by us carrying them it was the fact that they had just left there mother for the first time however another lady came who was on her day of and helped us but by then me and my husband where very disappointed in a place where we spend a lot of money we want else where. I think that they need to seriously have a good look at there staff and teach them customer service and to be kind to customers.

Plenty of pet supplies. Option of purchasing a pet (rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish). Sometimes have snakes available for purchase, but only during a certain season. Also options to adopt pets. Friendly, helpful and informative staff whom tend to every need.

Clean, relatively firendly but quite expensive.

Awesome 👌🏽 helpful and supportive oh and two happy gerbils been with us 5 months now 😁 x
