Great store with knowledge, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble... wouldn't buy pet merchandise anywhere else!

Great place for pets and pet supplies. Mostly very helpful staff. One staff member in particular belittled me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable whilst I was with my young sister by telling me I knew nothing about pets I had for years. Worst customer service I have ever had from this member of staff. Only reason it hasn't got 5 stars.
