My chihuahua always looks a billion dollars after coming to the groom room here. Also staff are extremely gifted with their knowledge of pets. Shout out to Jodi who gave me fab advice about pet nutrition and helped my dog with flea repellent. £4 a month to treat your pet and you never have to worry about fleas again!

Went into pets at home to get my daughter a dwarf hamster and the staff where really friendly and helpful.(Carla) helped us and gave us loads of help and advice.

I have always shopped in here for many years for my hamsters,fish, dogs and cats. Recently in the past 2 years, I have purchased fish and hamsters and the fish died within a few days, the hamster died within a month. I have done everything to look after them in my own power to give them the best possible attention and love. I do not trust this place with buying small animals and fish as they really do not last. I have bought a 3 story cage for my hamster for the right space and they still died.
Today I have asked how much it is for 2 female rabbits and they said £88!! £88 for 2 female rabbits? Disgusting in my eyes.

Nice place but pricey

Reasonable selection of dog food cat food, I went there looking for a carry case for my dog not a great deal of variety.

Expensive on foods and equipment, some staff helpful some not. One member of staff attempts to give advice but often miss advises. Hate going there but there is one item can't get elsewhere although often buy it online from different outlet a lot cheaper. Sorry Pets at Home but you are out of touch.
