I have had tropical fish and cold water fish for 35yrs so I know what I am doing as I get compliments of how lovely my tanks look.I gave some fish I have had for many years.I recently visited your store and wanted to buy 1shubunkin cold water fish.I was asked some questions by a very young girl,but because I couldn't give her the exact measurements of my tank.She was reluctant to sell me the fish.I did tell her I have had fish before she was born and I have alot of experience.You have staff there also who have been there for many years and know me and how many products I have bought in the past.As I told the member of staff to keep the fish there are plenty of other shops I can go to and get a fish if I want to.I have not been to pets at home since, I am more than happy with the shop I am going to now.They ask questions but also when they take the time to talk to you they know you have experience.

They looked out our poorly dog very quickly and administered medication . Very good service and friendly too.
