Phoenix Dance & Gymnastics

Phoenix Dance & Gymnastics is an Aerobic and General Gymnastics club based in South Wales.

Phoenix Dance & Gymnastics is the only Aerobic Gymnastics Club based in Wales. As a British and Welsh Gymnastics registered club we run fun engaging classes where your child will enjoy exercising and keep fit through gymnastics, dance and games.

Classes are run by Head Coach Laura Emma James who is a Qualified Teacher, Gymnastics Coach and member of the Associated Board of Dance.

Our 'little phoenix' class (ages 3-7) is a fun energetic class for younger children where they will earn and achieve British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards, learn basic gymnastics skills, participate in games and challenges and learn fun dance routines to music. Children will work on their own and as part of a team, interacting with other gymnasts their same age and older /younger.

In our Mini and Junior Phoenix classes (ages 6 + above) your children will earn and achieve British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards, learn basic to advanced gymnastics skills, improve on flexibility and conditioning, learn fun aerobic dance routines, and make progress towards attending competitions.

Classes are in the Dojo room at the Sobell Leisure Centre Aberdare every Monday (invitation only), Tuesday and Wednesday. £5 per child.
