Welcomed to my makeup exploits page . . where i will show my new attempts at making and formulating makeup . . enjoy ! !

I started this journey looking at what chemicals were in my daughters makeup . . and also looking at how I could help her as this is her chosen career choice . . so . . a lot of research . . over 6 months to date . . and a lot of time consuming video watching . . I have started to make my own makeup for both her . . and now it seems for others to enjoy . .

The ethos of this makeup . . is to use as much organic natural ingredients as is humanly possible . . the only chemicals I have to use are preservatives . . but I also try to use natural anti-bacterial agents and preservatives too . . I am constantly looking for broad spectrum preservatives also . .

The mica used is not mined from India . . none of the oils are palm oils . . and I try not to use petroleum based products . .

This is the first stage on this journey . . getting my formulas is the second . . and then getting them certificated for sale . . is the final step to my own makeup brand . . which now looks like it will actually happen . .

I hope that expains some of what has been going on at this end . . I usually make the makeup at night . . once I have finished in my studio . . photograph the following day using good daylight . . and then hopefully put my efforts up on this page .
