Pickwicks Description

Pickwick’s is a 16th century former Coaching Inn, consisting of a Tearoom, Bookshop, Antique and Gift Shop, with Bed and Breakfast in en suite accommodation. Pickwick’s Courtyard with Its Medieval Well and outside tables is a popular Tourist haunt, famous for its Welsh Cream teas served throughout the Season.
The business is family run and has been established for almost 20 years. The Building dating from 1598 is steeped in history, with old beams, thick original walls and uneven floors. Restoration has been done sympathetically, retaining the character and charm of the original building which is grade 2 listed.
This is a Bed and Breakfast with a difference, soak up the atmosphere, browse the books and relax in our en suite rooms, all with Colour television, hospitality trays, big towels, comfy chairs, magazines and other nice touches.
Chill out with a unique and informal relaxing holiday or weekend break. We are situated in the heart of the Conwy valley in the market town of Llanrwst 2 minutes’ walk from pubs and Restaurants and close to the many Snowdonia famous attractions.
The minimum stay is 2 nights, 3 nights during Bank Holidays. The Rooms are very large, so we can usually squeeze in the kids, we also have travel cots for toddlers. While not doing evening meals we do serve meals all day in the tearoom and Courtyard until 5. 00 pm every weekend and some weekdays. Llanrwst has a wide choice of restaurants open during the evening and the take- away options include 2 fish and chip shops and 2 Kebab houses, plus a Chinese, Thai, and an Indian all within walking distance.
While situated in the middle of town Pickwick’s is 50 yards from the start of the Riverside walk along the Conwy River, 2 minute from the Historic church and close to Gwyder Castle. Llanrwst is a great base to discover the mountains, lakes and forests by foot, car or bicycle.
