Excellent tapas style food. Shame you can't pop in to the restaurant without paying for the whole picton castle day out. It is excellent but I'd go to the restaurant more often if you could

Brilliant place lovely staff and surroundings I'm a very picky eater but I still liked the food my only problem is the number of flies but that is out of the staffs control

Loved the walled garden. Inspirational and informative. I never knew there were so many varieties of mint. Agapanthus and hydrangeas looked magnificent. Great restaurant and guided tour of the house was relaxed and informative. A relaxed approach to opening a stately home to the public made our visit very enjoyable.

Of all the places I'd eaten in Wales, this simple lunch stands out the most. I had the most delicious cheese and chutney panini, that I've tried unsuccessfully to duplicate at home, and an assortment of salads. I wish I lived closer, so I could come back and enjoy the cafe more often.

The food here is gorgeous! We came for lunch before walking around the gardens and we left happy and with full tummies. Delicious Spanish themed food in a beautiful castle themed restaurant. What more could you ask for?!

If I could give it a 6 I would. Fantastic scenery followed by good quality Spanish tapas. DEFINITELY a recommendation

Picton Castle`s restaurant / cafe is nice, but quiet expensive to eat and drink. Best to do; bring your own lunch! Picton Castle and Gardens are recommended to visit during nice weather. Entrance to the area; £6.50. Car-park nearby. Visiting the castle itself will cost an other £3 pounds, as only guided tours. 3 tours per day. Pre-booking is very recommended!
