Full time position available. 40 hours per week.
We are busier than ever, so we feel the time is right to find another team member to help us develop further.
... We are a tight knit, happy (apart from Jack 😂) hard working team and we care about our work. To join us you don’t need any specific qualifications but you do need to be honest, have a positive attitude, some common sense and a sense of humour will certainly help.
You will also need a driving licence, and be happy to lift and move furniture, as part of the job will be out on the road delivering, we pride ourselves on having a high standard of delivery service, and consider it a very important part of what we do. Time wise this will constitute less than 50% of your role, about 8 days a month.
The rest of the time will consist of customer service jobs, logistics management, admin, receiving stock, property maintenance and anything else you can think of that needs doing! It could be a bit of marketing and event planning or sweeping up and unpacking boxes.
There is always something that needs doing and we want somebody that can get on with things from their own initiative and does not need micromanaging.
We don’t like to limit people’s responsibilities, we encourage everyone to get involved with different aspects of the business. It’s also our policy that we all help out with the boring and tough jobs.
It is important to us that we have pleasurable work environment for everyone, and we are committed to achieving this.
We are a relatively small and new company, we aim to grow and want you to grow with us.
Salary dependant on ability £17750 / £19750 per annum.

The OVO Womens Tour, coming through Barmouth! They were shifting! I had the puncture repair kits ready, but no takers so there’s plenty here now.

We have had lots of new stock arrive last week, and there is even more on the way!
Unfortunately that means we have to let some display models go. We just wish we had more space.... there is always the loft i suppose?? 😉
The result is we have 2 lovely ex-display sofas that now need to find new homes.
... 1st we have the Brandon, in a corner formation and light lime green fabric. Normal price £2775 but now as ex-display only £1990. Made by SITS sofas, its a really comfy, deep and low Scandinavian style sofa of excellent quality.
2nd is the Boomer, a very stylish Italian made sofa in striking blue microfiber, which has a suede like appearance but is extremely resistant to stains and spillages. Normal price £2310 but as ex-display only £1595. We like this sofa because it has a very nice bum! it looks as great from behind as it does from the front, great if your sofa is free standing in a room. It also has adjustable head rests.
Prices exclude delivery, and we have begun taking them off the floor today, so if you want to see them in the flesh you will have to give us a call to arrange a time. Both sofas are sold as seen but are in excellent condition.

When it's hot what you need is a water bottle that keeps your drink cool! We could also tell you about how plastic bottles are bad, but you already know that. We do sell all types of furniture and BIG pieces, but they are so much harder to carry down to the harbour for a photo on a hot day!

wandered in one day last year and ended up buying a sofa. in fairness, we were looking for a sofa but hadn't seen anything we both liked. until we came here. fabulous place.

Went to the shop with family at the weekend whilst visiting Barmouth.

All I can say is AMAZING!! fantastic quality for an unbelievable price, will be returning to buy LOTS....

We bought things in both shops and then wanted to buy another of the same by post. What an absolute pleasure it has been doing business with this company. Seamless, swift and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately the first posted bag was too small, but I rang and explained and the correct bag arrived the very next day complete with return postage and brown paper for the original one. I have just dropped the other one back off at the local delivery depot all wrapped up in the bubble wrap. My mum will be delighted and that is Christmas all sewn up.





High quality products of superb calibre, unusual and often unique. I can only highly recommend both the products and the staff on a superbly run ship. You will not be disappointed.

Stumbled upon this little (well, massive) gem while we were wild camping our way across Wales during the Christmas break. What a brilliant place, we could spend hours in there!

Couldn't take any of the pieces home with us this time due to the lack of space in the Land Rover, so I'm really hoping they offer a delivery service.

We will definitely visit the store every time we're in the Barmouth area.

Lovely unique shop the staff are very helpful . Had sideboard delivered today and the two gentlemen were very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anybody who like quality furniture.

I recently ordered a setee and two chairs in my own choice of fabric. I was over the moon as it was just what I had in my mind but couldn't find anywhere else. When it was due to be made the manufacturer advised that they had run out of stock of the fabric for the setee putting delivery back by three months. Jack was straight on the phone to me offering alternatives and I called in to choose, they even price matched my choice for me. He kept me up to date with how things were going and promised delivery for approx the end of July. True to his word my furniture was delivered this morning and so far I've not stopped smiling, to say I'm thrilled is an understatement. The lads who delivered ( and I'm sorry I didn't get their names) were superb. Everything was unpacked, put together and all packaging removed. They even offered to move it round for me so I could see where I liked it best! I often go into this shop and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to visit, the service has been second to none. Thanks to everyone I'll be in again very soon no doubt!

I moved to live near Barmouth and found the perfect sofa and snuggler (big arm chair) here (having trailed helplessly and hopelessly through John Lewis). It was delivered on time, up my beastly stairs, and the ghastly packaging all removed! (which you can't say at all for John Lewis ...). And the sofa turned my new house into a home. Also just bought fabulous photo frames there ... Actually I would like to buy most of the shop, but have only one home .... Thank you!

I love Barmouth, love pieces for places, and adore your own Christmas adverts, gutted there isn't one this year, but can see how this could be difficult to replicate, here's hoping to one in 2018, I visit twice a, year, and love the shop for beautiful unusual good quality items, I'm in a wheelchair, so can't get to upper floors, gutted but the staff are always do helpful, I explain what I'm after, and they bring items down for me and really me what's up there, I bought some beautiful items in Sumner, and returning now year, I used to live in Harlech for 4 years, but Barmouth holds, a special place in my heart, and could spend all day in pieces for places, dai iawn & nadolig llawen x

Found this gem yesterday oh my word what an amazing shop, beautifully laid out,stunning furniture and quirky goods, the displays are some of the best I have ever seen, very well decorated just love it love it love it!!! Well done all a true triumph I would drive the 65 miles just to visit again. AWESOME!

Discovered this gem on a weekend away. What a surprise to find an independent business selling almost EVERYTHING I love and exactly my taste!! Bought some gorgeous cushions and a letter rack but could have bought everything for my home. Please open one in the Midlands, I'd be happy to run it!!

A real gem of an interior's shop that would be equally at home on the swankiest streets of London. Lots of really interesting, original pieces, friendly staff and painless delivery for those of us unable to cart bigger items home. Gives us another reason - if we didn't have enough already - to visit Barmouth!
