Pilates At Christchurch

Tuesday at 7. 30pm at the Christchurch Centre. The cost is £3. 50 per session. All ladies 16 and over welcome. No prior experience. Fully trained instructor.

Pilates is a conditioning routine that builds flexibility, strength and coordination. Controlled movements are done as mat based exercises, which helps increase circulation, sculpt the body and strengthen the body’s core. We meet every Tuesday at 7. 30pm at the Christchurch Centre. The cost is £3. 50 per session. All ladies aged 16 and over are welcome with no prior experience needed. Trained and experienced instructor.
