Pilgrim Fitness Description

Pilgrim Fitness is bringing elite fitness to Abergele. Unique every day, you only know what the workout is when you walk in the gym.

Don't feel you are ready for the classes? Try our Bootcamp run by British Army / Navy Vet's who have delivered the bootcamp sessions YOU will experience to serving solders. But don't worry it's all progressive.
But we pride ourselves on providing so much more than simply what is within four walls.

Pilgrim Fitness is a new way of looking at fitness, health, lifestyle and adventure based in North Wales. No matter what level you currently feel you are, if you are looking at maintaining or progressing, we can work with you to achieve any fitness goal you can conceive. We don't limit your growth to the Gym; we will show you a new world, from Bootcamps, down hill mountain biking and rock climbing to navigation and mountaineering to Boxing, Judo and Muay Thai Boxing, with much more planned for 2017.

Our unique personal evaluation will allow our dedicated instructors to work with you and develop a tailored plan to allow you to reach your goals and unlock your full potential with regular check ups to keep you on track.

With qualified nutrition advisors, all staff holding advanced first aid (mental health first aid held by Louis), all CRB checked, all instructors Crossfit Level 1 qualified and Boxing Pad Work Instructors you will receive dedicated training specific to your needs in a professional and enjoyable environment designed for the family.

what an excellent setup felt like a family orientated community based gym Louis and Mike were so attentive to our needs and explained everything through live demonstrations until the lads grasped it Kinmel Bay football Club highly recommends this place to work out in keep up the good work guys

What a great buch of guys who run this gym, no question is too silly and they are always there to help you if you are doing anythin wrong... been a big help with nutrition as i have no clue what that is all about. Im now 1/2 a stone lighter in 5 weeks of bootcamp. Finished off with a 7 Mile hike today... Never thought id look forward to 6am on a monday morning... See you Monday for Bootcamp round 2 �

Well I've just completed my first 8 weeks of boot camp and I can honestly say I've loved it and the improvements I've made in that time are amazing and it's all down to the support and encouragement from the lads that run it and the other members of the AM session. So thank you Louis, Jack and Mike I'm ready for my next 8weeks.

Very friendly instructors, great space with some lovely equipment! Excellent results, my better half is in way better shape as a result of joining, very happy.

Started bootcamp last week, cannot walk up stairs or sit down properly today ��� but that obviously means it's doing something! Such a great atmosphere and made to feel really welcome by everyone so far, it's actually so much fun and I'm excited for tomorrow's session, which is unheard of � ... I'm so unfit but because you don't feel too pressurised to do 'so many of this' and 'so many of that' you subconsciously push yourself further. Big thumbs up and looking forward to seeing my 'before & after' in 8 weeks time �

People are very friendly, instructors show you how your form should be whilst training. Very encouraging gym..... this is my third boot camp in a row an I love it.

Never been a gym person. But this isn't really a gym. Everything I have done has been really enjoyable and challenging at the same time. Ive learnt a lot in the first month and the nutritional advise has been amazing. I used to starv myself to lose weight but these lads have given me the advise and guidance that I now eat so much. Cannot wait to sign up for the next boot camp and eventually progress onto the WOD's. Thanks for showing the way lads. �

I only managed 4 weeks of the 8 week bootcamp due to work commitments. But in those 4 weeks I've achieved things I thought were never possible including a 10k run with bullet proof vests, a weighted bergen and carrying a real human on a mountain!! Louis Jack and Mike are awesome instructors. So here's to bootcamp number 2 tomorrow night��

I can honestly say that I am the fittest I have ever been and it's partly down to these guys. Bootcamp is a great starting point for anyone who wants to get healthier and lose pounds. Keep up the good work! See you for the next round ��

First training session this morning,was a bit nervous as my fitness is at rock bottom at the moment. But I was made to feel very welcome,everything was explained and any questions I had were answered which made me feel I had come to the right place to start my journey to health and fitness and to incorporate it into my lifestyle ���

Done my first session tonight at pilgrim fitness. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!! I've done many sessions in gyms, boot camps and on my own and have never been so goosed after a session like I have tonight. I literally can not wait to sign up tomorrow. Everyone helps one another push through the hardcore workout which is great if you wanna get fit and lose weight. All the instructors are very friendly, welcoming and eager to help which is great
