we went yesterday 10/09/17 and it is a Great place my little boy has just turned 2 and it is a great place to experience all the butterfly's around you and landing on you as you walk in he was mesmerized, also the little farm animals, meeting animals and bugs.. he held a huge snail and the guy was so nice working there telling him all about it and the stick insect .. the play areas are great too so much to do and really good for little children as some places can be too big. also the toffee cake in the cake was to die for! no criticisms what so ever

User

We enjoyed our visit with our two year old daughter, she especially loved the butterflies, there was enough to do in a few hours, I can imagine it would be quite expensive for a large family to go, but it wasn’t too bad for three of us mx

User

My children aged 9 loved this place. Got to handle a snake, lizard, rabbit, guinea pig, stick insect and cockroach! Also loved the butterflies and birds so kept going back to look at them again. The food in the cafe was really good quality for a place like this, and the children had fun in the indoor and outdoor play areas.

User

Love it lovely animals fab food great shop me and my hubby loved every minute

User

Just had my daughters birthday party here today and it was great value for money. All the kids enjoyed themselves and the food was very well organized with the kids names on the boxs. The little gifts for each child added a little extra and the parents all commented on what a great day it had been. We did not feel rushed like we have at other places when at party's and everyone was told they could stay even after the party had finished. Prices at the gift shop is very reasonable compared to similar places.

User

I purchased an annual pass in March and have been 3 times so far. My daughter is only 10 months old but she loves seeing the butterflies, birds and farm animals. There arent many animals but Its a great place to come for a few hours. The baby softplay area is great and I would say the only one locally that caters for children that young. Outdoor area x 2 also great for older children. Im hoping to use my pass a few more times before the year is up. I will never tire of this place.

User

Great for an afternoon to wander about and look at the animals and butterflies and parrots, also a great little bird watching hide where you can watch all the local residents , we saw a pair of woodpeckers while there ! Not too big a place just right to chill out.

User

Fantastic place to go loads to do lovely staff, girls love going there so much I may consider buying a seasonal pass

User

Fantastic first visit here with my 2 and 6 year old. They thoroughly enjoyed looking at and getting to hold some of the animals. They also loved the outdoor playgrounds and indoor soft play. The staff were all really knowledgeable and helpful. A special mention to Gavin and the lady on the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) who we're both fantastic. We will be back again soon.

User

Fabulous place to visit with little ones, well organised and good value for money and a lovely cafe serving homemade cakes!

User

Brilliant for my 2 year old purchased the annual pass as we are local which is amazing value for money. He loved every minute and cried when it was time to come home.

User

Best place for my 2 year old around here. I have a membership which is excellent value for money and allows access all year round. The added bonus of the indoor play area with second cafe even makes this place perfect for the cold, wet weather of North Wales, highly recommended

User

Amazing day out for all the family... My 3 year old and 9 year old, had the best time.

Definitely worth checking it out. Great value for money. We can't wait to visit again.

User

We loved it, the only disappointed was on the Easter hunt, there was no gift only a chance in the draw, children were disappointed with no gift.

User

Was a good family fun day out. My boys 2 and walked the whole area and then played in the indoor play area. And went and stroked the rabbit. Great to entertain the children

User

This place is wonderful. It's just a pity that the staff aren't a little more understanding. My little boy, not yet three, is terrified of wasps. As such, I asked whether we could possibly eat our picnic in their cafe area, which was very empty, what with it being a sunny day (I had mentioned the wasp thing, explaining this was why we wanted to eat indoors). They refused to let us do so, and suggested we try the gazebo outside. We did this and almost immediately got harassed by several wasps. The end result was that we had to sit in our car to eat our picnic. How hard is it to show a little compassion towards a toddler and his fears??? Very disappointed!

User

Soft play area should have age restrictions on it very dangerous for my 1 year old with 6 year old kids jumping on top of him we left after 20 min, some parents just sit and watch the children jumping and hurting the younger children in the soft area no common-sense

User

I drove a long way to come here it's a small place and not worth the price I payed think they need to look at pricing as it's not worth the price kids looked but once we got outside they just played only spent an hour here will not be coming back

User

poor value for money it's expensive and it states it's a day out if you can spend a day here you deserve a medal 2 hours max. The pamflet is deceiving makes it look and sound massive, and makes out to be a day out. the walk way is narrow and over crowded. can't see how it's top 10 attraction to be honest but the kids had fun for the 2 hrs we were there. The cafe is tiny if you want to see animals then better value going to the welsh mountain zoo dearer yes but more value for money. and it's not so disabled friendly as they state sadly it's falsely advertised it's self and all in all a bit of a let down
