Good place to visit, especially with children. Quite small and definitely not a full day activity. Great cafe and soft play too though.

Friendly Staff that seem to enjoy looking after all the different animals and other types of species. The families visiting were entertained in many varieties of ways. Many of the animals were brought out of their enclosures to meet the children and staff told the children about how they lived in the wild. You were allowed to touch these animals but only under strict suppervision. A lovely place to spend your day or as long as you wish to stay.

Lovely butterfly house and reptile area, soft play area for the kids, lovely little cafe serves lunch. Entertains the kids for a couple of hoirs

Brilliant place to visit. I loved every minute of it! I even had several butterflies land on me. They have great talks and holding sessions too. The staff are very friendly and informative. It's not huge but definitely a must visit for animal fans! Indoor and outdoor activities and a cafe too.

Very interesting place. Parakeets actually speak which is great for the children. Keeper of reptiles and meerkats extremely interesting and knowledgeable

Would not recommend. It's clear the profits are not going back into the business and the welfare of the animals. Everything looks run down and dated. Many of the animals are cooped up in uncomfortable looking enclosures (particularly the birds) and don't look like they have much quality of life. Many of the enclosures we're poorly maintained. Many of us left the place feeling depressed and deflated. Very disappointed, I went with a family of ten and at £8+ each it's not worth it. The place is much smaller than you are led to believe. We arrived to a woman requesting a refund due being misled regarding the size of the place. Staff were unwelcoming and were very apathetic. It's a shame that this place is allowed to be kept at a standard that low.

Animals seem well cared for and the handlers are friendly and knowledgeable. Cafe served fresh, tasty food although it was a tad expensive. Unfortunately the soft play wasn't open due to updating which could have been mentioned on their website. Didn't spoil out time here though we all still had a great time. The bird section could do with updating, it was upsetting seeing the birds in quite small areas they definitely need more space.
