I Applied for a car on finance through Go Car Credit and after being provisinally excepted i was refered to Pinetree to choose a car. I dealt with Rhyanne who was very friendly and professional. She kept me up to date via txt messages throughout. I didn't feel any pressure into choosing a vehicle Rhyanne supported every choice I made. Pinetree has many cars for many budgets so it's perfect for almost everyone. I would recommend to friends and family and would return in the future.

All the staff I've dealt with are very polite. My problem is that I paid for a warranty and despite only owning the car for a couple of months has been in to their workshops 3 times !
The last time was for a fortnight where I was told that lots of parts have been changed and it was ready to go. Unfortunately it is exactly the same as the first time that it went in, neither problem has been fixed. I'm left with a car that I no longer want because of the problems that Pinetree's mechanics can't seem to fix.
One problem is an oil leak that I've been told by a Pinetree mechanic isn't there, this is despite there being oil on the floor wherever I park and the fact that it is on the MOT certificate that was issued days before I picked the car up !!
As soon as I get the chance I'm going to go back to the sales to see what they have to say, if I'm not happy with the result I'm going to take the car to my local garage to see exactly what has been changed on my car because it seems like nothing has been done at all.
Perhaps my local mechanics will know how to fix it because Pinetree are struggling.

Mike my salesman was great, shown us around all the different cars and was very helpful, they don't offer a lot for part ex but this didn't bother me. Happy to help you and was answering every question I was putting to him about the cars. The car I had chosen to buy had a chip and rust on the bonnet and unless anything was going to be done about I wouldn't have bought it as it was a lot of money. Mike offered to re spray the whole bonnet free of charge, the car was immaculate when I collected the car and went through all the documents and that with me: great communicators and always a happy to give them a ring or text when your in need of them.

Okay selection of cars, don't be pressured, they love the pressure sell. The cars are okay prices for a dealer, they offer the same price promise as several other dealerships which you will never find a comparable car.
There is an admin fee so, add a couple hundred onto the advertised price, useable warranty is extra, their standard is more formality than warranty.
Sales men are lads who love a pressure sell, and will really reluctant to take no for an answer. Make sure you don't pay a deposit because the will make you come in a few more times to finalise the sale rather than let you back out with a refund even if dissatisfied with price.

What a load of bull. Sold me a car at 62k miles with a new timing and water pump which timing went at 65k and caused mass damage to the engine. They wouldnt accept liability. I regret buying off them. I wouldnt recommend these to anyone. All their cars are from auctions which could come from accidents and broken cars. Do not approach this company you will regret it. They lie to your face and if for example you car needs to go back for a repair they say they done it but they dont. A guy paul dealt with me what a load of crap came out of his mouth.They have been on watchdog number of times and I believe they will be again. BE WARNED.

Brilliant service from Nigel at the Baglan site. I would definitely recommend Pine Tree Cars to anybody looking their so helpful and friendly. Can't fault them!

Returned to buy another car for the second time in about a month, as we had a fantastic experience last time. This time, we were back to purchase a car for my husband and we dealt with Rob again who made it just so easy to find just the car we needed. Purchasing was again very easy and all sorted so we were driving away again in just under an hour. A fantastic team to purchase from, many thanks again guys for all your help.
