Based in Newport, South Wales, We specialise in handmade and personalised keepsakes and gifts to create a perfect memory or gift for any occasion.

All items are personalised to your requirements and we aim to provide the highest quality service, We aim to dispatch your item within 5-7 days. However, during busy periods, if this timescale is to be longer I will inform you of the timescale.

We will send you a picture of your completed item to ensure you are happy with the finished piece before posting.

Due to the personalisation of items, all items require payment in full before any order is started. Payments to be made through paypal

Our Items are not toys. They are intended for home decoration only.

The upmost care is taken to ensure each order is packaged safely and securely, however if in the unfortunate instance your order does not arrive as it was sent, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with a picture of the item (so we can take it further with the delivery company) and arrange a replacement for you.

Personalised /Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless we have made the error.
Any personalised items must be sent within an email /message and it is the buyers' responsibility to ensure accuracy of spelling and correct details are given.
