Established in 1997, we have rented houses, flats and apartments in Cardiff, Treforest, Pontypridd, Newport and Pontypool.

We're not a fan of deleting anyone's comments, but we're even less of a fan of the stuff listed above, so if you post anything that breaks the rules we'll need to delete it.

We had a fantastic evening at the RCT Landlord Forum last night with Ragu from Sivaplan and Co. Accountants speaking to landlords about the recent tax changes. If you would like to discuss Landlord Tax / Section 24 please contact us at richard.read@pinnacle-group.com who will be happy to help and also sign you up to our newsletter to receive our updates on landlord tax and other market topics.
Just to remind everyone, we are closing today at 3pm. We have staff members on call throughout the holiday period to deal with any emergencies and we re-open on the 2nd of January.
