What a lovely atmosphere and staff so friendly and welcoming would highly recommend!!

What a fabulous place! My first visit but I was made to feel right at home and very comfortable. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you!!

We went for Sunday lunch and ordered the beef. It was amazing! The beef itself was perfectly cooked and plentiful and it was accompanied by potatoes, broccoli, carrots, parsnips, aubergine and roasted pepper all of which were delicious. Our server and the chap behind the bar were friendly, but not pushy, and seemed genuinely happy. We'll definitely eat here again!

This was our first time here in the daytime. (Have been a customer of an evening before). We booked an afternoon tea for four. On arrival our table was set up ready with some very quaint crockery. There were a few other tables with customers on but we had no wait for service at all. The afternoon tea was delicious and the service was second to none. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was a pleasure for my parents who had never had an afternoon tea before. Try it! You won't be disappointed!

The cocktails are to die for and the staff are super friendly!

The best breakfast ever, it was like an angel squatted over my mouth and pissed bacon into it.

Our favourite place to go for our girlie afternoons out. Sat outside yesterday in the sunshine for about 6 hours drinking fab cocktails. Staff are really friendly and service is brill. Will even adapt cocktails for you!!! Love it here. See you soon

LOVE PITCH! Had a stag doo here last night and was treated like a Queen. The ice bucket was out ready for the prosecco when I arrived. Ben, Jay and team couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you! �����

Booked a table to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends and the whole experience from start to finish was superb. Excellent service, food, cocktails and a fantastic atmosphere! Will definitely book again! �

We went on a grouping Sunday lunch meal,it was abit of a shame as they had been so busy the day before (understandable due to the footy and boxing) so they didn’t have a few things (deserts) but I have to say the lovely team made up for it and the food was fab,so much so I posted to my friends and I do believe they are are booking in for next week. My partner loved it as he doesn’t eat veg so he was in his element with the amount of chicken,beef,roasties and Yorkshires.We will be back, May I make a suggestion...stuffing would be a nice touch 👌 xx

We used a Groupon voucher and this was my 16 year old daughter's first experience of a proper afternoon tea. ..she was not disappointed. The service was very friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves with lots of sandwiches and treats.



The only issue was that we needed to ask for cutlery. ..it's a little difficult to eat scones, jam and cream without a knife! !! Or to stir sugar into tea without a spoon. Having said that, these were fetched over very quickly once they were asked for.

Very disappointing. Waited an age. People being turned away as no chef. Afternoon tea comprised of two cucumber sandwiches,two tomato and two ham (small portions and stale bread) cakes no better two meringue and top layer three Welsh cakes,3very small rice crispy finger nibbles and three small oat finger nibbles . Service was really poor. My daughter had paid as a treat for my birthday. Must say i will not be returning and defiantly not worth the money.

Unfortunately, the food was not the best! Over cooked chicken so not at all juicy. The Microwaved cheese on it was so hot it was a congealed mess. And triple cooked frozen chips!.....
