Delicious food, good service, reasonable prices.

Ordered twice from here - both times AMAZING! First order was pizza and wedges , beautiful chose thin base and it was so lovely , and the ranch dip is brilliant! Second time we ordered burgers and chips ! The burgers are absolutely the best (quality and cooked to perfection).... they're massive ! Stunning quality . Definetely the only place to order burgers from EVER again !!!! Seriously- try them! So pleased with the orders and delivery service , thankyou Pizza factory.

Good pizza.

The delivery driver was very pleasant but as for the new manger; he is a complete let down to the business, no customer service skills at all after calling me a liar and hanging the phone up mid conversation. It seems like he has never run a pizzeria before and has no experience in coping under pressure.

My favourite takeaway place in Cardiff! Best burgers in town.

Lovely pizza delivered very quickly... I definitely recommend them - and the yummy bolognese pizza with a thin base - the service is very friendly, to the point where they exceptionally accommodated my order when they weren't actually open yet. This is great customer service so thank you Pizza Factory!
