Why was I told I had to wait for 20 minutes when there's 5 empty tables? Manager said he would not give me a table for 2 as all tables available where for 4 and we where the only people wanting He also turned away the 3 people in front of us ,
Was a regular in Cardiff but never again & office Christmas meal for 15 has now been cancelled but you don't give a 💩

Good food, however we had to wait an eternity to be seated and pay our cheque.

Customer service was spot on. Staff was really friendly, food was delivered very quickly and was real tasty. Was very welcoming.

Typical fast food outlet o.k. for a meal before going to the cinema

Called in here today for food before catching a film and left feeling a bit underwhelmed.

Unlimited salad was just not that nice, with many things tasting not quite right. There's a part of me that wants to take the senior management at Pizza Hut to a nice restaurant so they can find out what things should taste like... such as to eat nachos that aren't a bit soft or to try some blue cheese sauce that isn't really sour and acidic (more like a vinaigrette than a sauce) or to have some pasta that hasn't been overcooked to the point it's starting to become a liquid... It may all be free, but that's something of an empty gesture when it's not very appetising.

The main attraction (pizza) was actually very nice and perhaps they'd be better to just stick to what they know and charge a bit less to stay competitive!

As for the service, bit of an odd one, in that the young lady who was (mostly) waiting our table was helpful, pleasant and friendly. The young man who came to our table towards the end of the meal to ask "if we wanted him to clear some plates" for us to reply "no thanks, some of us are still eating", for him to then disregard our request and start clearing the table anyway around us while we ate, was just really bizarre! Can't think of any other time in any other restaurant where that's happened, but found it really rude!

As for pricing, about what you might expect.
£40+ for 4 people isn't cheap, but about the going rate for a large food franchise. Given that this one is sat above a large food court, filled with dozens of competitors, makes you think they might try a bit harder to secure the return business... Which I don't feel they did on this occasion.

5 star is not enough, we need 500 stars, Top staff and enjoying they job!

Perfect for a family occasion, the restaurant is upstairs which it's relatively quite compared with downstairs. Otherwise the staff are friendly and the full menu is available with salad bar.

gluten free pizza, yay!

No quiet area to feed baby and the disabled/babychange toilet smelt bad!

Came here this afternoon as my girlfriend loves Pizza Hut but lives in Pembrokeshire where there are none (as far as we're aware). Luckily, I live just down the road from this place and yet it's been years since I've been in.

Anyway, we came in and sat down. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Quick to serve us without being pushy. Friendly and helpful. Offered us some suggestions for the afternoon lunch deal as we were a little uncertain about a couple of things. Could not find a single fault in the staff. Absolutely flawless.

Salad cart is great. Far better than I remember it being and way better than the one in the nearby Harvester. The garlic bread was just the right density - not too crispy and not too chewy.

Now, the pizza itself looked and smelled bloody marvellous. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite to my taste. The cheese was a bit...sweet? I can't really describe it but there was a certain odd taste to it that I just couldn't really get along with. Which was a real shame because I was really enjoying the meal otherwise. However, I made sure it didn't go to waste as it might have just been me being picky and I knew my brother would eat it so I took the rest home in a box for him and, as I suspected, he enjoyed it. I can be a fussy eater though so I won't take this into account. Plus, my girlfriend loved hers so it must have just been me.

Regardless, I think the whole afternoon was great and will probably go back there in the near future. Maybe to be on the safe side, I won't have the pizza though. Just in case I don't like it again.
