Pizza Hut Delivery

All your staff need training. First of all i phone to see where my food was. Nobody new and got told to phone back in 15 minutes After waiting 1 hour food turned up cold. Phone up got told manager had walked out today so they didn't have any of The correct Pizza bases to replace. One of UR staff members (Michael) didn't handle the problem he over spoke me on the phone and contradicted him self by at the end saying he could replace my order. I asked.for a refund and got told he didn't no how to do this. How can you have a open store with people who dont no what they are doing.

Ordered at 7pm. Had confirmation email. Called at 9pm and driver had 'left 15 minutes ago'. Called at 9:45pm and 'no record of order on system' no food ever received.

Food was burnt and cold and have got food poisoning cause of it. Driver was an hour later and rude. Will never order again from them.

Delivery arrived over an hour after order, food not particularly warm and not half as good as the last time we had Pizza Hut with a pretty tasteless and bland dough base. Pretty disappointing and when we called to check on the status of our order we were just told it'd be with us shortly, with no apologies for the delay (told it'd be within 30 when ordering).

Everytime I try calling the store no one ever answers the phone & I suffer with severe back problems so it's impossible for me to get round to the store. How is anyone supposed to place an order if you don't answer the phones. Bad customer services.

Shop supposed to be till 11 on a Sunday,got told by the assistant we are shutting at 10,won't be going there again...

Not good at all won't be ordering from them again
