Pizza Hut Delivery

**edit** FOR EVERYONE'S INFORMATION IF YOU'VE HAD THE SAME ISSUE AS US - Partner spoke to staff in store when he got there, found out they have two store staff members and only the one driver. Which is ridiculous, especially on a weekend. Thankfully, they gave us a refund and remade the order there and then despite the order being sent out shortly before partner got there (I mean, that should've happened an hour and a half before that but whatever). Will definitely avoid ordering for delivery from this store again. We could've walked into town, eaten at the restaurant and been home in the time it took us to get our order.

*currently awaiting order but having same issue as most other reviews. Phone no. provided either doesn't work or just keeps ringing. Called main customer services to find out what's happening and they say that loads of people have called tonight about this store w/same issue!! We're lazy and ordered delivery even though it's just down the road, so partner is currently on his way to the store to complain. Absolute joke.

Absolute joke of s service. Ordered my pizza 2 hours ago and haven't heard nothing from them and when I ring the branch they either ignore my call or put me on hold. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. What an absolute joke!

Won't pick up phone, unless to hang up immediately - atrocious and unacceptable. Will absolutely never order with again and will be spreading the word.

Worst pizza place ever. Ordered once and waited over 2 hours for our food, with no apologies of any sort, in-fact there was attitude from the delivery driver. A couple of months later, we decided to try them again, and exactly the same thing. I am trying to get hold of them through the number provided as I type this, and they are not answering OR they are answering and putting me on hold - currently at 9 minutes. Will NEVER be going here again! Pathetic service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.. It says it will take 25-35 min and now it been OVER TWO hours. The branch is not picking up and the two numbers on contact us page do NOT pickup too. It is a mistake to pay online I wish I didn't so I can ignore them when they deliver. Two hours could been spent on the way to the restaurant and have my dinner and got back home. For certain will not order again

What a absolute joke! I have waited 2 hours and a half hours for my pizza delivery all because the deliverys car broke down and all I get offered from it was 50% off for my next delivery. DISGUSTING SERVICE

Awful branch – over an hour wait and they won't answer their phone. Completely unacceptable, use the Dominos 2 doors down.

What a joke of a place! Order pizza 2 hours ago still no sign of it and guess what they ain't picking up the phone. Must be run by monkeys useless fools. Idiots!!
