My first time ordering arrived bang on time food was delicious will defo b ordering again

Just ordered pizza after receiving the text about an offer. Excellent value and here within 45 minutes. The girl on the phone was polite and helpful as was the delivery driver (Alex) Thank you

I ordered from here about 2 days ago and it was honestly awful, it took over an hour to come, and when it finally did come the pizza tasted of cardboard! It also smelt bad and then we realised it was gone off!! I will not be ordering from here again.

Fast delivery. Food is brought warm but had to call back on 1 occasion as they missed a item.

I have never had an experience like it before, used the online service ordered my food and it arrived 2 hours later, I was falsely told on two separate phone calls to Pizza Hut, that it was in the oven and on its way to me, little did I know it wasn't and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for it to arrive. I then rang again to complain and spoke to a manager and he was very understanding but it was one of his drivers who did not return from a delivery, this was absolutely appaulling I will not be eating or delivering from here again.
