First of all, wasn't going to review. Normally if I have an issue with my order I contact the resturant first. However, when I ordered my pizza roughly a week ago I discovered a hair in the pizza dough. I took pictures as evidence if anyone wishes it as I figured the resturant would too. I called and confronted them on this, they apologised profusely and offered me a free pizza when I directly called them next time. I was happy with that offer, so decided I would order a pizza today and to my disgust found that they decided to hang up and ignore my order every time I call them. If I could give them a zero I would. And as I can't email them this review and they refuse to answer my calls I will state here that I expect a full refund from the original order and for them to forget the offer of a free pizza as I will never use their services again.
