Pizza Time

this place WAS great but a few days ago I ordered 2 half pound all Americana burger meals,I've done this for well over 2 years,the last few months the meal comes with blue cheese missing or salad missing,proper annoying as hell but didn't complain but anyway meals turned up both quarter pounders, I rang to complain and the guy said I could get a free burger when I order next,I ordered the next day but this time I ordered a quarter pounder meal and I should have got my burger free like I was told I would,instead I gotta huge argument and I was not happy,in the end I didn't get my free burger as promised,my friend ordered a quarter pound burger meal with a can of tango and I asked for me free burger coz they ripped me off and we got a half pound meal that my friend had to share with me,absolute shite service and absolute shite attitude,I won't be ordering off these clowns again,they couldn't get an order right,must be on drugs there,its so easy to make a burger,I know coz I'm a chef

theses the worst place to go for a takeaway I ring them asking can I order som food ask them can I change somthink from the order tha person on tha phone is realy rud like never I heard somthink like that sware and that stuff etc please be carful ordering from thes place thanku

I give this nothing as I have a really bad allergy to some food and I told them this when doing my order but when it came I had the food itam that I can't eat on the pizza ring them to let them know and get told that I can have free pizza when I order next time so I did ring back the tonight and got told that they would never say anything like that I was lieing and that it was my problem not there's they will be hiring from heath and safety and food safety stay away from this pizza takeaway by all costs

Ordered chicken shish,
Waited long enough for it to turn up with no sauce or salad, they did call back with it but I explained I had eaten the chicken and pita as I was hungry.
No re fund or sorry,
NEVER AGAIN sorry.
