Experienced Thai foot massage in Bangkok yesterday, very pleased that mine is similar just not quit so firm and I don’t use tiger balm! Though may be ordering wintergreen and cajeput oils to recreate! Also useful hints on the platform at the station here!

This could be the new treatment I bring back from Thailand! On the other hand not tooo many elephants wanting a mud massage in Roath, so maybe the lovely hot black sesame poultice face massage I tried would be more popular!

Amazing to meet a ylang ylang flower in Singapore Botanic Gardens today. She is such a beautiful oil I use so much, also look how many plants belong to the same family as ginger!

Having tried to arrange the 4 session workshops in the past I am now collaborating with the Director of 'Relaxation for Life' and we are running a day's course together in Bristol, venue to be confirmed. News from PJD Aromatherapy Following a very enjoyable year’s part-time course at Cardiff University, and an inspiring lecture and herbal walk at Edinburgh Botanic Gardens, I am pleased to offer extra add-ons to my aromatherapy treatments using the power of the whole plants from my happy herb garden.
Language of Flowers Footbaths Enjoy a 10 minute foot soak using the soothing properties of whole herbs before your aromatherapy treatment. Your feet are surrounded by herbs and sm...all marbles which massage your feet and bruise the plant matter releasing the lovely oils and fragrances. A moisturising homemade calendula cream is then applied. The herbs are freshly picked at the moment but dried herbs will be used in the winter.
Herby collagen face mask If you would like to tailor your facial you can now swap the standard face mask for a collagen one made with juices and tinctures from the herbs in my herb garden.
If you would like either of these treatments they will add £2.00 (each) to the cost of your treatment, and the foot soak will take an extra 10 minutes. If you do want to take advantage of this please text/phone/message me in advance of your session so I can prepare them.

Yay, completed my lymph drainage course. Now wait for the 'Ultimate Facial' 1.5 hours long, 3 different massage routines including lymph drainage, 2 face masks and neck and shoulder massage!! All delivered on my heated cosy massage couch. Should be ready to sample in April x

Look at my wonderful new electric couch, arrived this morning and set up ready to go! Wider with double thickness of foam and optional volupturest (boob hole!)
