We also represent many employees and some employers in the Employment Tribunal in relation to all aspects of labour law including unfair dismissals, redundancy and draft compromise agreements. We also pride ourselves in our skills at negotiating compromise agreements, mediation and alternative dispute resolution outcomes which enable our clients to avoid expensive court proceedings and also obtain out of court settlements which generally are much less stressful for the client. Our fees are very competitive and tailored to the clients needs.
