We were married here on the May bank holiday weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Was brilliant to be able to have so many guests stay with us for the whole weekend, and we certainly made the most of the wonderful amenities - especially the pool and the sauna! Highly recommend a wedding or getaway here, so peaceful and beautiful.

We had our wedding at Glansevin on the 12th of May and it was absolutely perfect. We hired the house, flats and annex so there was a full house to entertain!... We chose the house because of its flexibility and ability to have our special day just the way we wanted it. We did some ourselves, hired caterers and utilised some of the houses housekeeping services. Caroline is an absolute gem and can not do enough to help you.

Similar to others, we chose to get married along side the oak tree which was perfect. All our guests commented on how unique and comfortable the venue was.

All rooms were spotless and more than a few guests commented on how comfortable the beds were!

We had some help during the weekend from Alethea and Meleri to keep the drinks flowing and glasses clean and they were amazing. Nothing was to much of an ask. They are also welsh speaking which my family loved!.

If you are looking for a private venue in a very unique setting then Plas Glansevin is perfect.

The house and grounds are spectacular and Caroline, Gail, Collette and Althea were a great help in planning and implementing the day. We had our ceremony and wedding breakfast outside the front of the house and hired a classical guitarist, magician and brass band as entertainment to make the day extra special. The no corkage gave us flexibility and the industrial kitchen meant our caterers were able to serve dinner without a problem. Please see Phil Warren's photos below as proof of how beautiful the venue was and we thoroughly recommend the venue to anyone. Dany and Irene.

Stayed there last week with 35 other friends. We had a blast! Perfect for families with children looking to get away. Lots of walks and places to visit nearby. Or the house is beautiful to spend the day in. Fantastic!
